To give my legs a bit of a rest I decided to work my arms in the back bay in my kayak. Cool temps in the early morning made for a nice paddle. I think I am going to try to do this once per week if possible to balance core and upper body work. I got a good technique down to get a full range of motion on the pull-through and work my core. I have to keep playing with the foot-plate adjustment, but it was pretty good today to keep my legs in it as well.
